ABOUT THE ROLE
The New Business Account Executive actively engages in a team and will assume the ownership of their designated solution-based accounts and territory. The New Business Account Executive will be creating and managing sales campaigns using sophisticated tools to identify and qualify new opportunities, creating and executing account & opportunity plans leading to the generation of new business. We take customer expansion and experience extremely seriously therefore the role is also responsible and accountable for successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability, customer satisfaction levels and business expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running digital campaigns using Social Networks
- Attending events to develop new contacts
- Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts
- Using consultative and solution-selling approaches to educate customers on how their business challenges and outcomes can be fulfilled by our solutions
- Continuously pursuing quota goals by working directly with the customer during negotiations
- Present our solutions as proof-of-value to customers based on their business challenges
- Prepare detailed ROI-based proposals that meet customer solution requirements
- Collaborate with an account management team including marketing, project management, software development and customer success
- Participate in customer meetings and communicate regularly with project management and software development to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilise existing industry relationships to grow Iceberg Creative’s influence in your territory and develop positive and impactful relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

We are also looking for:
- Experience in Solution Selling or Force Management
- Has used MEDDPIC for opportunity management
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Has used Hubspot to a proficient level
- Executive level relationship selling experience
- Understanding and experience in selling Immersive Technology
- Very strong presentation skills
- Has a sense of urgency
- Team player
- Is compassionate
- Has a strong work ethic
