ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Marketing Manager role has a strong influence on market direction, industry insight and campaign ownership. As Marketing Manager, you will own and lead the development and execution of marketing plans for our business, collaborating with our leadership and sales teams. This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of demand generation, digital campaign management, event field marketing, content creation, and social media. 

The Marketing Manager actively engages in a team and will assume the ownership and execution of the overall marketing plan. The role will be measured on KPI’s including web traffic, demand and lead generation, social network growth, MQL to SQL conversion, new territory influence, event and campaign ROI. 

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Running digital campaigns using Social Networks 
    • Owning, building, and managing SEO roadmap/programs to increase organic traffic to our web properties 
    • Acting as the go-to marketing lead for developing industry-specific, integrated marketing plans that help meet this industry’s sales objectives across multiple customer segments (e.g., Business Applications, Immersive Software and Infrastructure) 
    • Plan, manage, optimise and execute global paid search and paid social campaigns and programs to drive right messaging to the right audiences on the right platform to maximize conversions while reducing cost per acquisition 
    • Leading sales enablement efforts in the field, helping sales teams drive their own demand and accelerate pipeline 
    • Developing and executing pipeline acceleration activities in support of quarterly and yearly metrics 
    • Creating and executing multi-touch, integrated demand generation campaigns targeting territory or industry-specific accounts 
    • Leveraging an integrated mix of social media, digital, physical & virtual events, content marketing, and other awareness-driving tactics to drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership

            We are also looking for:  

            • Degree in Marketing or related field 
            • Proven experience delivering organic traffic growth for digital media properties 
            • +5 years across multiple marketing disciplines in the B2B space, preferably within the Software Development space with Immersive Technology knowledge 
            • Hands-on experience with search engine optimization, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building and basic technical aspects of search 
            • +5 years of experience executing demand and lead generation campaigns 
            • Proven track record of breaking into new markets, segments, or creative problem solving with a bias towards action and measurement 
            • Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs, and metrics 
            • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
            • Business savvy with expertise of liaising with stakeholders to meet marketing objectives 
            • Organised and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
            • Very personable and professional demeanour
