Once the citizen enters their details about their property and financial circumstances then the tool automatically checks financial support options directly with energy suppliers and additional support and information to reduce their cost of living.

Providing up-to-date and easy to consume information to new citizens, or migrants is of vital importance. Many people find using web sites complicated, difficult to naviagte and most likely disenagage due to hard to use and undertsand forms. 

Based on our ‘New Natives’ app you can quickly and easily deliver an easy to use and navigate self-service app full of simple response FAQ’s sections, maps, news, ‘get help’, and much more, all in multi-languages.
